On July 20, I'll be flying to Singapore for a one-year Master of Public Administration program at the
Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore. I hope to combine several of my interests: China, free software, and management. Perhaps when I'm done I can move up from project manager to bureaucrat.
